Actionstep VP, Global Partnership Strategy
We are delighted to welcome Joshua Tanzola to Actionstep as VP, Global Partnership Strategy.
With somewhat of an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for business and building strong partnerships; Joshua brings a wealth of experience from the Legal Practice Management Industry where he has held a number of strategic sales and partnership leadership roles.
Joshua will be responsible for leading the development of Actionstep's partner engagement program globally and instrumental in building community awareness of Actionstep's all-in-one practice management software for ambitious law firms.
Why did you see Actionstep as an opportunity?
I joined because of the opportunity to win and make an impact. The market has become more sophisticated in the adoption of technology, which means many lawyers are ready for a mature practice management system they won’t outgrow.
What do you hope to achieve at Actionstep in your role as VP, Global Partnership Strategy?
To build a world class partner organization that not only adds value to its clients but the communities they serve.
What are your first impressions of the team and tech?
Actionstep has a lot of super powers under the roof. The team is very dedicated, passionate and moves quickly! There is massive potential to add value to a market that is very demanding.
How are market trends lining up to make this a success?
The market has had a chance to adopt software and understands now more than ever what good looks like. With COVID-19, attorneys are also stress testing their software, validating a need for practice management that will grow with them. It’s “easy” to change software but not so easy to change your processes, choosing technology that doesn’t confine you is the new competitive advantage.
Over the coming months Joshua will be focusing his energy on engaging with our current partners and continuing to build our partner network and a high performing team to service this critical function at Actionstep.
