What's new in Actionstep?
We've rounded up some of the updates made to Actionstep throughout November - from new Instant Support Chat to Banking Screen Update to Product Tours - there have been some really positive feature releases and updates.

Instant Support Chat
We've just released our new instant support chat to help solve your queries quicker. Simply click the green icon on the bottom right of your Actionstep screen and it will automatically put you in touch with one of our support team members.
Using chat for your support queries saves you time and lets us resolve your queries quicker:
- No waiting on hold
- Support can see your firm details and which section of the product you are contacting them from
- We can instantly share links to resources that assist with your query

Banking Screen Update
The banking screen has been updated with graphical representation of your bank accounts and also there are new ways to navigate to items related to banking. This is available to Enterprise users.

Product Tours
Actionstep users will have noticed that we have developed a number of product tours within the system. Each tour gives you an overview of how a feature or section works within Actionstep and walks you through steps to configure it. You will see product tours popping up in all sorts of places but particularly for new features we introduce.
