Our goal with our new Outlook Add-in for Microsoft 365 is to make sure that Actionstep is living where lawyers live. We know lawyers spend many hours each day in their inbox. With Actionstep's Outlook add-in, you can be confident that your matter management is being taken care of as you work.

Based on our research and feedback from users, we have further extended the functionality of Actionstep's Outlook Add-in for Microsoft 365. If you haven't checked out the add-in recently, we encourage you to give it another try.
The Actionstep "+" create button in Outlook now gives you a whole range of options to access, edit and assign matters, documents, file notes, tasks, templates and more.

USE ACTIONSTEP TEMPLATES TO SAVE HOURS ON EMAIL DRAFTING
Now you can save hours writing emails in Outlook, by simply applying the relevant email templates set up in Actionstep via our Outlook Add-in.
For example, as a conveyancing lawyer, you might need to send a settlement notice. Now, you can simply select your 'settlement notice' email template from the add-in and the text from the email template will be automatically copied through to your draft email with populated merge fields.

ADD CONTACTS TO AN EMAIL
Building on the contacts functionality of the add-in, you can now search and add any contacts in Actionstep to emails being composed. This is a big admin saver, as you might not have all your matter contacts in Outlook.
